Update 4.7

Mesh upload background code has new bugfixes to prevent issues as well as give users a better understanding of why a mesh may not be working.

- Added mesh code to tell user more about errors that happen.

- Improved Patch Notes Screen and Help menus.

- Fixed a scaling bug preventing some meshes from being visible even if loaded.

- Fixed patch error handling to allow better bug reporting.

- Fixed a rotation bug.
